Airport Engineering Consultancy and Services Joint Stock Company was established in 1985 as the first airport design organization in Vietnam.
In 1994, the Company became a state owned company under the Decision No 4685/ QD- BGTVT on December 6th, 2005 on State- owned Enterprise foundation.
From 2006 up to now, the Company has been operating as a Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Airlines Corporation holds 42.5% shares, private sector holds 57.5% shares.)
